Denise Davies Counselling and Consulting is pleased to provide Coordination Services to assist parents with system navigation and team building for their child. Specific to children with complex mental health or complex health needs, this service is unique and customized to your child and family’s needs. 

How it Works

Denise Davies Counselling and Consulting provides streamlined communication with parents and the systems/services that work with them and their child. We also coordinate regular case conferences with systems and services to ensure that goals for the child and family are met.

The purpose of assisting parents with Coordination Services is to improve communication and positive outcomes for the child and family. Systems and services change often and can be difficult for parents to track. Many parents are overwhelmed with the process of organizing and managing a team for their child. With Coordination Services, parents can focus on other important tasks in their lives knowing that there is a coordinator helping to ensure that their child with complex needs has a team that are working towards common goals.
